Diane Kruger where art thou?
We played the first of three Chicago area gigs last night. It was in Wicker Park which is also the area we’re staying at. If it weren’t for the drastically different architecture I would swear I that I was back in Williamsburg. When is the hipster genocide going to occur? Let’s all start holding our breath and breast bones. We wound up playing until about 3am which felt like 4am to me due to the time difference. Silly time zones. It was an average show I suppose. Not bad but not great. It was pretty much a house party situation. I’ll write a full review of the whole trip when I’m not posting this on my phone. Here’s what the place looked like:
